The Cardinal is the club magazine which is published four times a year in February, April, August and November. It is mailed to members of the McIlwraith Field Naturalists as part of the annual membership fee. Submissions of articles, notes, illustrations and photographs of local natural history are welcome (deadlines are December 31, February 28, June 30 and September 30) and should be sent to the editors:
